“Georgian Water and Power” would like to notify builders and developers that connection of sites under construction or new ones to the existing networks of water supply or sewerage should be envisaged in a project. In order to provide connection of new sites to the networks “Georgian Water and Power” has developed and approved Regulations of Connection to Water Supply and Sewerage Networks on the basis of the Georgian Law On Free Trading and Competition and the Resolution # 32 (2008) of the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission.

“Georgian Water and Power” would like to notify all companies concerned that observation of the Regulations is mandatory when connecting of any new site to the Company’s network.
