22/04/2010 Georgian Water and Power Opened new Service Center
Georgian Water and Power has completed equipping of new service center in Vake –Saburtalo district for the purpose of improvement of services for Tbilisi customers.
Today Vake-Saburtalo Gamgebeli Davit Gelashvili visited the new service center. General Director of Georgian Water and Power officially opened the service center.
The service center located at # 19 b Kazbegi Avenue is very comfortable and easily accessible. It offers all necessary facilities for operational service meeting international standards. The service center will serve about 205 000 customers.
The customers may turn to Georgian Water and Power and get information not only about water supply and sewage systems of the district but their street as well. They can leave information about emergency failures, participate in a new restructuring program which is jointly organized by Georgian Water and Power and Tbilisi City Hall and get benefits. The population will be able to adjust the number of family members or register as a customer in the center.
Georgian Water and Power has opened the fourth service center for the last seven months. It is scheduled to open Didube – Chugureti distric office in near future.
