Candidate for majority deputy of Saburtalo district Legislative Assembly David Zurabishvili familiarized himself with rehabilitation works in progress in Saburtalo
Water supply is about to become by far and away stable for the residents of Dolidze street in Saburtalo district in the near future. Georgian Water and Power Company is replacing obsolete water supply network of Dolidze street with new one. The streets water supply and water drainage networks’ rehabilitation process is going on intensively in different districts of Tbilisi.
Deputy technical director of Georgian Water and Power Omar Gotsiridze familiarized candidate for majority deputy of Tbilisi Legislative Assembly David Zurabishvili from Georgian Dream Coalition with the works in progress in Dolidze street. The Dolidze street rehabilitation works are at final stage – 700 m section of main pipe has been already replaced by a new one and all branches are replaced. Total length of renewed networks made up in Dolidze street 1400 m. New closing and regulatory valves as well as new key wells are being installed there.
Georgian Water and Power Company completely replaces out-of-date and amortized underground communications by new ones in more than 70 streets. Total length of the networks under rehabilitation is more than 60 kilometers this year. The Company has finished works in over 40 streets of Didube-Chugureti, Saburtalo, Samgori, Nadzaladevi, Vake, Gldani and Mtatsminda districts. The Company simultaneously starts rehabilitation of outdated networks in 20 streets in mid June.
