14/09/2010 GWP Presented “Satnoeba” Inmates with School Books
On September 14, GWP management visited orphanage “Satnoeba" and presented it"s inmates with school books and stationary.
GWP Administrative Director Nikoloz Bakhtadze made presents for 45 inmates of the orphanage on the occasion of beginning of a new school year – textbooks, notebooks, pens, colored pensils, gouache, drawing books.
The company management hopes that presents will be a stimulus to study better and will facilitate their intellectual growth.
GWP management was interested how the inmates spent their summer holidays, how much they enriched their knowledge since the company presented them with various illustrated encyclopaedia, mythology of ancient peoples and fiction, as well as how well they mastered to work on the computers which the company had given them.
The inmates of the orphanage “Satnoeba” in the settlement “Africa” have been under patronage of Georgian Water and Power for two years.
